I’ve been drawn to birth for as long as I can remember. I was seven years old when I witnessed my first birth, and over the years I’ve been honored to be present for many more with friends and family. looking back, it’s clear this work has been calling me for a long time.

after giving birth to my son in the water, wild and powerful, with an incredible doula by my side, everything shifted. feeling that kind of support changed me. I knew I wanted to offer that same steady, grounding presence to others.

as a mama and birth worker, I bring a holistic, heart led approach to care. my love for people and plants, background in community herbalism, and belief in nature’s healing all shape how I show up. I believe in nourishment of body, mind, and spirit. time outside, good food, movement, gratitude, and staying connected to your roots. when it comes to birth, I trust the balance of evidence, primal instinct, and intuition.

as your doula, I’m here to support you, your body, your choices, and your story. home birth, hospital birth, medicated, unmedicated, or somewhere in between, I meet you where you are. I walk alongside you so you feel safe, seen, supported, and respected through whatever path your birth takes.

you got this, and I got you ❤︎
