meet hrb [hailey rose bridge]

I’ve been in awe of birth for as long as I can remember. I was just seven when I witnessed my first birth, and over the years, I’ve had the deep honor of being present for many more—friends, family, each one its own kind of miracle. looking back, it’s clear that birth work has been calling to me for a long time.

after I gave birth to my son—wild, powerful, and in the water, with an amazing doula by my side—everything shifted. I felt what it meant to be fully supported, to have someone in my corner holding space. that experience transformed me. it opened my eyes to how sacred this work is, and how much it matters. I knew then that I wanted to offer that same grounded presence to others.

as a mama and a birth worker, I bring a holistic, heart-led approach to care. my love for people and plants, background in community herbalism, and belief in the healing power of nature all shape the way I show up. I believe in nourishment—of body, mind, and spirit. in time spent outside, eating well, moving your body, thanking God and tending to your roots. when it comes to birth, I trust in the balance of evidence, instinct, and intuition, and I believe there is room for it all.

as your doula, I’m here to support you — your body, your choices, your story. whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, medicated, unmedicated, or somewhere in between, I meet you where you are. I’m not here to direct your steps, but to walk alongside you with care and presence..

my role is to help you feel safe, seen, supported, and respected — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — through whatever birth path unfolds. every birth is different, and every birthing person deserves to feel held in theirs.
