guiding principles

I believe birth is sacred, and every person deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported. as a doula, I am committed to showing up with care, respect, and presence, holding space for you exactly as you are.

I honor and celebrate all identities. I welcome people of every race, gender, ethnicity, religion, culture, and background. I stand firmly with immigrants and anyone facing oppression or discrimination. I support Palestinian rights and stand against any systems or policies that harm marginalized communities. I am Black and Indigenous, and I bring that perspective with humility and care to my work.

I live my life in relationship with God, who is love, and I strive to reflect that love in my work. this means serving with compassion, inclusion, and a heart that cherishes all people.

I respect your choices, your body, and your story. my role is to support you physically, emotionally, and spiritually without judgment. together, we create a space where you can feel empowered, nourished, and heard.

I also believe that care should be accessible. I offer flexible support options so that people with different circumstances can receive the guidance and presence they need. my packages are designed to balance accessibility with sustainability, so we can make care work for you while honoring the time, energy, and resources that go into supporting each birth. together we can find a way for you to feel supported and valued.

if you align with these values, I’m here for you. if not, I encourage you to seek support that fits your needs—birth is deeply personal, and everyone deserves care that resonates with them.
